Refund policy

 

 

If you would like to return an item, it must be received back to us within 30 days of the order being delivered. Please contact us at contact@lifesteal.shop to initiate a return.

Items must be unused/unworn to be eligible for a refund. We aim to process returns within 14 days of receiving it. Please include your name and order number in your return in order for us to process it without any delays.

We do not offer exchanges, if you would like to exchange an item, you can return your item, and reorder a new one.
