Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from the UK using a tracked service. Please allow up to 2 weeks for international orders to arrive after despatch. In order to ensure zero wastage, most products are printed on demand, which means an order typically takes 7-10 working days to despatch. You can find a more specific despatch estimate on the product page.

If you would like to track your order, you can do so using this link here. You will also receive an email containing a tracking number once your order has been despatched.

If for any reason Customs decides to hold an order until it's cleared, or add a customs charge, then this is unfortunately outside of our control, and we have no way of contacting the relevant customs authority on a customers behalf.

EU Customers Only - We use the IOSS scheme which means that any orders valued under €150 (excluding shipping) will not incur any additional customs fees as they will have been calculated and paid at checkout. This will ensure a hassle free and faster delivery. Any orders above this amount will be liable to incur additional customs fees.
